How long will it take to design a logo?
The full process including research, design, implement and customer review will take around 1 month, sometimes longer and sometimes faster depending on various situations
Will I be able to get refund if I am not satisfy?
Unfortunately no, before we begin to design, normally we will request for a few examples and some questionnaire, the designs will be based on your requirements
Will you provide me all the source file?
Yes, after the whole project is completed, we will provide you the source file of your designs
How much for additional revisions cost?
We charge at RM100 per revisions
How many revisions do I get for logo design?
You will get 3 revisions for each individual graphic design services, for branding packages you will get up to 5 revisions
If I have urgent graphic need to complete, what can I do?
We have additional quote from RM200+, depending on how much work and how urgent is it
Terms & Conditions
- All the plans are ONE-TIME services and the service/subscription will end within 1 month or not more than 3 months starting from the next date after the payment was made.
- Any Extra revision will be charged RM100 per revision.
- Any remaining unused revision(s) will be burned out when the service is done.
- NO REFUND is allowed for purchases.
- You do agree to our terms of service available.
